What kind of work does Loupe do?

Loupe gets a brand named when a buyer asks an AI engine which company to choose. The work is the evidence behind that name, and a clear reading of whether it is working.

Where the brand is missing

The work starts with the questions a buyer asks before choosing a company. Loupe runs those questions and records whether your brand is named, on which engines, and in which language.

That reading is the brief. A brand can be easy to find in a list of links and still be absent from the answer. The two are different results, which is why the questions are tested directly. How a name is counted is set out in what an AI visibility agency in Malaysia should measure.

Who gets named instead

When your brand is left out, the answer still names someone. Loupe records which competitors take that place, and whether the answer recommends them, mentions them, or points at a page as the source.

That shows where the consideration is going. It also shows which questions are worth the work, and which are already settled in your favour.

A brand an engine can place

An engine has to decide which company a name refers to. Loupe makes that easier to get right. The facts a buyer would rely on, including what you sell, where you operate and who you are for, agree across the site and the public profiles that describe the brand.

When those facts disagree, a similar name is easy to mix up with yours. The aim is that a relevant question resolves to your brand.

Pages buyers can use

Loupe publishes pages on your site that answer the questions buyers actually ask: comparisons, buying guides and pages for a specific need. Each one is written so the useful answer is easy to find, with the brand named in context.

In Malaysia those questions are asked in more than one language. English, Bahasa Melayu and, where the buyers use it, Mandarin Chinese are treated as separate work. A translated headline on an English page is not that work. Bahasa Melayu AEO explains why.

Evidence beyond the site

An answer rarely rests on the brand’s own site alone. Loupe looks at the reviews, lists and publications an engine already uses, and works to have the brand described there in a way that matches the facts on the site.

The result a buyer sees is a name with something behind it. A mention that contradicts the site is not an asset.

What changes, and what is next

Loupe repeats the same questions and reports what changed: where the brand is now named, where it is still missing, and which competitor still holds the sentence. English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin Chinese stay separate, as do the engines.

You get that reading with a short account of what to do next. Nobody can promise a particular sentence on a particular day. What you can see is whether the same questions name you more often than they did. AEO and GEO are two names for that result. The definition is on AEO agency in Malaysia.
